Ryan Broshar is working on his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to attending Leeds, Ryan was an
entrepreneur who started the U-Guide, a marketing publication business based in
Minneapolis, MN. As Founder, President, and CEO, Ryan was in charge of four employees and worked with many large companies including Coca-Cola, Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, and STA Student
Travel. Prior to being sold to another
publishing company, the U-Guide had established a strong, viable business model
and became the preeminent move-in publication at the University of Minnesota -
Twin Cities. Additionally, Ryan was
Vice-President of Marketing for The Emmerich Group, a financial consulting
company who worked with financial institutions across the country. Ryan holds a BSB degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities' Carlson School of
Management. Ryan plans to work in renewable energy or sustainability consulting following his graduation from the
MBA program.

Brian Davis is currently pursuing an MBA at the
Leeds School of Business, focusing on Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Brian's coursework includes studies of new
product development, risk analysis, and entrepreneurial development. Prior to his time at Leeds, Brian enjoyed a
four-year career with Vail Resorts, where he managed sales and marketing
efforts for Breckenridge Ski Resort and Heavenly Mountain Resort in South Lake
Tahoe. Brian's experience also includes
communications consulting in the fields of technology and human capital. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University where he majored in Political Science.
Jacquelyn Dietrich jacquelyn@entrepsolutions.com
Jacqui Dietrich is an MBA candidate at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Jacqui brings more than five years of entrepreneurship and small
business management experience to the Entrepreneurial Solutions team. She
developed an eclectic and broad perspective in small business, managing the
business for a sustainable buffalo ranch that supported prairie restoration;
working as a project administrator for a consulting group that prepared large
organizations, including Franklin Templeton and the Canadian Centre for
Architecture, for strategic change initiatives; owning and operating an outdoor
retail store; and serving as the economic development fellow in the D.C. office
of Senator Tim Johnson. Jacqui helped organize nonprofits to relaunch a
community foundation and recently completed an organizational development
consulting project for a software firm in downtown Denver. Jacqui has a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is pursuing further
scholarship in entrepreneurship and finance. She is the MBA Association alumni
relations officer and an intern in the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship's
Organic Business Initiative.
Shaunak Naik shaunak@entrepsolutions.com
Shaunak is an MBA student at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in entrepreneurship
and marketing. Shaunak has worked as a manager – product development at Shaun Filaments,
where he played a key role in processes such as market research, feasibility
analysis, product launches, competitive analysis and financial analysis of
various projects. When at Shaun Filaments, Shaunak led the product development
team to successfully complete the development of high quality synthetic turf (Astroturf)
and the filament for long fishing line. Having travelled due to work related matters;
he also possesses extensive exposure to various foreign markets of countries
such as Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia etc. Furthermore, he also has
exposure working for startups earlier in his career. Shaunak has a Bachelor’s
degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the prestigious
Pune University, India. While at Pune University, Shaunak has worked on
projects such as developing automated tension control in filament winders and
developing low cost infra red transmitter-receiver.

Kimberly West is currently pursuing degrees in law and business (JD/MBA) at the University of Colorado
with emphases in corporate law and entrepreneurship. She serves as a member of the Journal on Telecommunications & High
Technology Law and spearheads the marketing campaign for the CU New Venture
Challenge. Prior to entering graduate
school, she worked for the World Trade Center Delaware (WTCDE) – a non-profit
organization that specializes in helping small and medium-sized companies
expand their markets overseas. She holds
a BS in business administration with concentrations in marketing and management
from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of
Delaware.

Josh is currently a 1st year MBA student at CU-Boulder, focused at the intersection
of entrepreneurship, real estate, clean technology, capital, product design and
sustainability. Prior to starting b-school, he was a Project Director with WSP Environment
& Energy, a global environmental and sustainability management consultancy
and worked in San Francisco and Denver. Josh was in charge of growing client
relationships, bringing in new business, delivering on projects and managing
global teams. His clients were primarily Fortune 500-type companies but also
included a number of hi-tech and clean-tech start ups. He graduated with honors
from Skidmore College and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and
International Politics. "With a triple-bottom line consulting, design and implementation-focused
approach, I strive to take a proactive role in helping clients; partners and
peers navigate and identify the sustainable business opportunity, and define
and implement innovative solutions to convert potential into advantage.
