Steve Bond

Steve Bond is a graduate student in the MBA program at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. His experience includes working with advertising agencies in both the marketing and creative fields, where his team won accolades from a key client as Subway's Agency of the Year (Yes, he has met Jared). His focus at CU is in finance and entrepreneurship. His consulting experience includes MBA project work with Teko Socks and the CU Tech Transfer office. His responsibilities have included sales and marketing analysis, market research, creative development, project and client management.


Amy Broughton

Amy Broughton is pursuing her MBA at the Leeds School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance. Before returning to school, Amy owned and operated a successful restaurant in Half Moon Bay, California. As a small business owner, she expanded operations, significantly increased sales, and sold her restaurant for a profit. Amy has extensive experience in operations, marketing, small business accounting and valuing and selling businesses. While at Leeds, she has developed and evaluated sustainability strategies for several local companies. Amy holds a BA in History from Colorado College.


Jeff Dale

Jeff Dale spent seven years as a public policy analyst for the National Conference of State Legislatures.  He gained experience in an array of environmental issues including hazardous waste management, air quality control and renewable energy incentives and implementation.  In 1998, Jeff co-founded Campusview.com—an Internet portal for college and university promotional materials.  He directed the company to four years of revenue generation prior to stepping aside to teach economics in Mexico and France between 2002 and 2005.  He holds a BA in political economy from the Colorado College.


Peter Santini

Peter Santini is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance.  His prior work experience includes time at Brown Brothers Harriman, the oldest and largest private bank in America, as well as Solesystems, Inc., an athletic gear startup, with roles ranging from production management to project oversight.  Peter holds a BA in Business Administration from Boston University.


R. Mew Tiyachate

R. Mew Tiyachate is graduate student in the MBA program at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Her focus is on entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to pursuing her MBA Mew worked as an investment banker in Thailand for 2 years involving with deals ranging from public offering of Thai Airways International, private placement, and debt offering deals in Thailand. Post Asia Tsunami Mew joined Habitat for Humanity International in the Tsunami Response Projects in Asia. She coordinated the projects in 4 Tsunami countries and helped developed operational and financial process involving in the Tsunami Response Projects. Mew holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.


Masashi Tsuchiya

Prior to pursuing his MBA at University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, Masashi Tsuchiya worked at a major Japanese company which specializes in housing and wood products trading.  During his 15 years in the field, he focused on international export/import business and financial analysis.  He was also stationed overseas as a company representative and a manager of a small team. At the Leeds School of Business, Masashi is concentrating his studies in entrepreneurship and finance.  He holds a BA in Business Administration from Kobe University, Japan.

Chad Arnold

Chad Arnold is currently a graduate student in the MBA program at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. His focus is on the development of sustainability in early stage and established businesses, with particular emphasis on the renewable energy and building industries. Chad has worked with the public, private and nonprofit sectors in both leadership and consulting roles, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and operational implementation. His responsibilities have been very diverse; from marketing to management, operations to business development, and strategic planning to management systems.


Charlie Kelly

Charlie joined the MBA program at the Leeds School of Business after spending over four years as a Naval submarine officer on the USS Tucson (SSN-770). On board the submarine, Charlie managed a forty-man watch team in strategically positioning the ship in overseas operations. He also helped to supervise the operation and maintenance of the ship's nuclear reactor. As the ship's Chemical and Radiological Officer, he was responsible for developing and presenting radiation health training programs to the 150-man crew.

At Leeds, Charlie is focusing on the entrepreneurship and real estate tracks. During the Spring 2006 semester, he worked on establishing a sustainable business partnership between the MBA program and the University of Colorado Engineers Without Borders program. He completed his undergraduate work at Duke University in 2000, with original research in pre-electoral presidential politics.


Geoff Kunz

Prior to pursuing his MBA at the Leeds School of Business, Geoff worked as an Associate at Quellos Group, LLC, a financial boutique based in Seattle. At Quellos, he specialized in hedge fund research and due diligence. He is currently interning with ClearCreek Partners, a small investment bank in Denver, and is assisting the firm with market expansion.

Geoff is focusing on finance and entrepreneurship at the Leeds School. In the fall, he will be studying at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He holds a BA in Geology from Whitman College, in Walla Walla, Washington.



Bill Mark

Bill is pursuing his MBA at the Leeds School of Business where his focus is on the finance and entrepreneurial fields. Prior to attending Leeds, he worked as a financial analyst for Pulte Homes Denver division. At Pulte, Bill was responsible for performing feasibility studies for all new communities in Colorado. He has strong financials skills and experience in project valuation, land development, customer segmentation and market research. Bill holds a B.S. in Finance and Financial Risk Management from Virginia Tech.



Jane Pater

Jane Pater is a graduate student at the University of Colorado, currently pursuing a dual degree MBA/MS in Environmental Studies. As part of her focus on energy, Jane spent the summer of 2005 at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) developing the framework for valuing clean energy technologies, which she presented at the 18th NREL Industry Growth Forum in November 2005.

Prior to her arrival at CU, Jane worked for the Delta Institute (Chicago) on issues that ranged from pollution prevention, to energy efficiency, to the removal of dental mercury from public wastewater treatment systems. Much of this work centered around companies interested in assessing the effectiveness of their sustainability strategies. She was also involved in facilitating meetings of the Lake Michigan Forum, the City of Solon (Ohio) Mercury Reclamation Partnership, and stakeholder meetings for watershed planning efforts.



Tyson Titensor

Tyson is pursuing his MBA at the Leeds School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to business school Tyson founded an e-commerce business which he managed for 4 years before it was sold. As an entrepreneur he has extensive experience in operations, marketing, and small business accounting. Relevant experiences include marketing an e-commerce website, managing a mail-order system, writing business plans, and valuing & selling businesses. Tyson holds a BM in Percussion Performance from Utah State University.
